Mr Love is a Consultant Trauma and Orthopaedic Surgeon who specialises in hip and knee arthroplasty, trauma and limb reconstruction.

Mr Love has been a Consultant in NHS Tayside since 2012. He qualified from the University of Dundee in 2002, and trained in Tayside and Glasgow, before undertaking specialist fellowships in Lower Limb Arthroplasty and Computer Assisted Orthopaedic Surgery at the Golden Jubilee National Hospital Clydebank and in Limb Reconstruction at the Russian Ilizarov Scientific Centre for Restorative Traumatology and Orthopaedics, Kurgan, Siberia. He also has a diploma in Sport and Exercise Medicine. 

Mr Love’s clinical practice centres on hip and knee replacement surgery, general orthopaedics, and all aspects of musculoskeletal trauma. Mr Love has a particular interest in day-case arthroplasty and is involved with the implementation of this in NHS Tayside.
